Article 1:
The tours are led by a certified English-speaking Egyptologist guide, selected for their expertise and who has completed full professional training in tourism.
All services are sold from a city in Egypt, without international transport.
The visa is the responsibility of the client, as well as for each member of the group.
The client and each group member must hold a valid European ID card or international passport, valid for at least six months after the planned return date.
The client and each group member must be of legal age or accompanied by their legal guardians.
The client and each group member must have travel insurance that covers emergency assistance, medical expenses, emergency repatriation, theft or loss of luggage and personal belongings.
In the event of an accident, the tour leader commits to contact emergency services and stay with the client until help arrives.
Clients undergoing medical treatment must carry a prescription justifying the use of their medication, as it may be requested by Egyptian customs authorities.
The client must respect the meeting point and time indicated at the time of booking.
The guide and tour leader commit to meet the client at the agreed place and time, accompany them throughout the service, and return them to the agreed location after the service.
Accommodation is provided in 3- to 4-star hotels, mainly selected for their cleanliness and location. However, the hotel classification follows local Egyptian standards, which may differ from European norms.
The tour leader guarantees transportation under comfortable and safe conditions, using air-conditioned minibuses and 4×4 vehicles in the desert, all insured and driven by professional drivers familiar with the terrain.
Article 2: Booking and Payment Conditions
Bookings must be made with Mr. Mohammed, the legal representative of Charm Egypt, by email, WhatsApp, or phone.
The booking becomes official once the quote is approved by the client.
A 20% deposit of the total amount must be paid upon booking by bank transfer, and the remaining balance is to be paid on-site.
Except in cases of force majeure:
- Once payment is made, the client cannot be refunded for the service.
- If the stay is shortened by the client, the total price remains due to Charm Egypt.
Article 3: Safety Rules
The client agrees to follow all safety instructions given by the guide and tour leader.
The client must remain polite and respectful toward others throughout the duration of the service.
Article 5: Terms of Service
The agreement between the parties cannot benefit any third party, either in part or in full, without the prior consent of Mr. Mohammed, legal representative of Charm Egypt.
Mr. Mohammed will provide the client with a document outlining the selected package and their contact details. This document will be promptly shared with the guide or tour leader.
Likewise, the client will receive the email address and phone number of their assigned guide(s) and tour leader.
Article 6: Disputes
In case of dispute, you may contact the Egyptian Tour Guides Syndicate.
Article 7: Termination
The contract is valid from the date of quote acceptance unless terminated by either party by email with acknowledgment of receipt, one month in advance. Renewal will require a new quote.
If the client fails to show up within 24 hours of the scheduled meeting time in Egypt, the accepted quote becomes void.
In the event of force majeure, Mr. mohammed, legal representative of Charm Egypt, reserves the right to cancel the service.
