After breakfast on board, set out to explore Daraw, a small town located about 40 km north of Aswan.

You will also have the opportunity to visit the famous Camel Market (held every Saturday and Sunday) or the Livestock Market (held every Tuesday), depending on the day of your visit.
Kom Ombo Temple
Return to the boat and continue sailing towards Kom Ombo.

Upon arrival, visit the magnificent Greco-Roman Temple of Kom Ombo, uniquely dedicated to two deities: Sobek, the crocodile god, and Horus, the falcon-headed god. Perched approximately 20 meters above the Nile, the temple overlooks a spectacular bend in the river and offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape.
After the visit, enjoy a short sail to Meniha Island, where the felucca will moor for the night.

Upon arrival, enjoy a short walk to the ancient pharaonic sandstone quarries of Silsila. These quarries supplied the stone used to build many of Egypt’s greatest temples. The site also features beautifully carved chapels, stelae, and inscriptions, as well as the remarkable rock-cut temple (speos) of King Horemheb, carved directly into the cliff face.
